Roche, bioMérieux, and QuidelOrtho earn top honors in chemistry, immunoassay, and integrated systems through IMV’s ServiceTrak™ Awards

Today, IMV, a leading provider of market research and business intelligence for the diagnostic laboratory industry, has announced the initial winners of its 2024–2025 ServiceTrak™ Clinical Laboratory Awards at the ADLM 2025 Annual Conference in Chicago.
These prestigious awards recognize the top-performing clinical laboratory equipment manufacturers based on real-world user satisfaction and system performance.
Celebrating clinical lab excellence in chemistry, immunoassay, and integrated systems
Each year, IMV surveys professionals from over 1,150 clinical testing locations, representing more than 1,900 laboratory instruments, to gather direct feedback on their experiences. The awards highlight three key performance categories:
- Best Customer Satisfaction – highest likelihood of repeat purchase
- Best System Performance – highest overall system functionality
- Best Service – highest satisfaction with OEM service and support

Roche and bioMérieux lead in clinical lab satisfaction
Roche emerged as a standout, sweeping the Best Customer Satisfaction category across all three instrument classes and earning top honors for Service and Performance in both Chemistry and Integrated Systems. bioMérieux, Inc. was also recognized for excellence in Immunoassay, taking home both Best Service and Best System Performance.
