Allen Institute

The Allen Institute for Immunology is working to understand immune health and define what goes wrong in disease, with the goal of improving how we diagnose, treat and prevent immune-related diseases. We work directly with samples and data from patients and healthy volunteers through unique partnerships with leading research organizations. The complexity of the human immune system requires a large-scale, dedicated research effort to unravel and define how it functions in response to various challenges and how it is regulated. The resources and data we generate will ultimately be open to all through the Allen Human Immune System Explorer.
