Khosrow Shotorbani
Khosrow Shotorbani is the CEO and founder of Lab 2.0 Strategic Services, LLC, and President, CEO, and board member of the Project Santa Fe Foundation, where he champions the Clinical Lab 2.0 movement. Khosrow was instrumental in the creation of Project Santa Fe, an initiative to advance innovative models for the future value and role of diagnostic services and laboratory medicine.
As the former President and Chief Executive Officer at TriCore Reference Laboratories, he led strategy, operations, growth, innovation, and financial performance, emphasizing the use of laboratory data to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. Previously, he spent 30 years at ARUP, rising from medical technologist to Senior Vice President, co-Director of Business Development, and Director of Business Innovations.
Jennifer Fralick
Jennifer Fralick is the Vice President of Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Laboratories at Stanford Health Care, overseeing all Stanford Medicine laboratory operations across the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she has led major strategic initiatives, including the implementation of two digital pathology platforms, a comprehensive scanner ecosystem, and Beaker AP. Under her leadership, Stanford’s pathology and laboratory services expanded significantly to meet rising testing volumes and support the growing complexity of molecular, genetic, and genomic diagnostics. She also played a central role in establishing and scaling Stanford’s COVID‑19 response.
Dan Mumm
Dan Mumm is Senior Vice President at Advocate Clinical Laboratories (ACL), one of the largest non-profit laboratories in the nation. A seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience, Dan brings deep expertise in laboratory science, laboratory operations, information technology, and enterprise service delivery.
Throughout his career with Advocate Aurora Health, Aurora Health Care, and ACL Laboratories, Dan has led large-scale laboratories, clinical applications, and technology initiatives that advanced operational performance and enhanced patient care. Known for bridging clinical and technical disciplines, he excels in developing business strategy and driving operational execution across complex healthcare environments.
Jake Crampton
Jake Crampton is the founder and CEO of MedSpeed, a leading provider of same-day logistics for the healthcare industry. He launched MedSpeed after developing the concept at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded to over 100 operations in 34 states, serving 10 of the top 20 health systems in the U.S. MedSpeed revolutionized healthcare logistics, transforming it from a cost center into a strategic asset.
Jake was named EY’s Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 and received the Chicago Booth Entrepreneurial Award in 2021.
