Dr. Matthew J. Oberley is senior vice president, chief clinical officer, and pathologist-in-chief at Caris Life Sciences. Since joining Caris in 2019, he has led the pathology and molecular genetics group of 40+ specialists and spearheaded deployment of a high-capacity digital pathology system generating over a million slide scans annually. A board-certified pathologist, he has authored more than 150 publications and previously served as director of hematopathology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
