
Maggie Heider, PhD, received her doctorate in biochemistry from the UMass Chan Medical School and joined NEB in 2016 where she works in the Applications and Product Development department focused on next-generation sequencing (NGS). She has developed novel reagents to improve NGS library prep from challenging clinical sample types such as FFPE and cfDNA, as well as developed library preparation kits and workflows for various sequencing platforms.
