Kristin Surdam, MS, PMP, CCRC, is the senior director, key opinion leader & strategy executive at Florence Healthcare, the leading clinical trial software company that streamlines workflows with electronic documents and always-on, remote site-sponsor links. She is also a certified clinical research professional with more than 15 years of experience in Phase 1–4 multicenter clinical trials at both the site and sponsor levels.
