Trained as a geneticist, Babina spent over 10 years as a cancer scientist developing targeted breast and gastric cancer therapies before focusing on helping other researchers develop their ideas and healthcare innovations. This led her to Concr, a TechBio company that applies astrophysics technology to predict which cancer treatment will work best for individual patients. Its platform creates a digital twin of a patient’s molecular biology to predict the most effective therapies for them and to help drug developers design better clinical trials. Concr is partnered with institutions including the NHS Christie, Roche, and the Institute of Cancer Research.
