Ferhan Qureshi

As the senior vice president of biomarker R&D at Octave Bioscience, Ferhan Qureshi leads the scientific teams focused on transforming the standard of care for neurodegenerative diseases. His group is at the center of Octave's mission to pioneer first-in-class insights, powered by technology and AI, that enable the healthcare ecosystem to measure and manage disease by its underlying biology. Qureshi's team develops novel biomarker tools that provide actionable, predictive, and quantifiable views into complex biology. This work, which leverages their deep expertise in multiplex immunoassay techniques and data science, is creating a new paradigm to improve patient outcomes and lower costs for the entire ecosystem. Qureshi brings over 25 years of experience to this role, with a proven track record of deploying cutting-edge analytical methods within regulated environments (GLP/GCP/CLIA) at Genentech, Aviir, Crescendo Bioscience, and for the past seven years at Octave Bioscience.
