Ellie Mahjubi, MSTM, MBA

Ellie Mahjubi, MBA, is the vice president and general manager of Protein and Cell Analysis (PCA) a business unit at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, Ellie is responsible for owning and driving the strategy, innovation, and growth across the PCA business.

Mahjubi joined Thermo Fisher in 2016 as senior director, cell biology. In her most recent role as vice president and general manager of the sample preparation business, a position she held from April 2021 until July 2024 when she was appointed to the role of vice president and general manager of the Protein and Cell Analysis business unit.

Prior to Thermo Fisher, Mahjubi worked at Corning Life Sciences, where she served as a global business director with direct responsibly for product management, engineering, marketing communications, and customer care. Before joining Corning, Mahjubi spent more than 16 years with GE Healthcare in several roles across marketing, sales, and general management.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from SUNY Stony Brook and master’s in technology management, and an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology.
