Denise Bland

Denise Bland, MHA, HTL(ASCP)QIHC, has been involved in clinical diagnostics for over 30 years, including molecular pathology, histopathology, tissue banking, clinical trials, and beyond. She is currently the senior administrative director for pathology and laboratory medicine at a leading academic medical center in Boston. She has taken a leadership role in teaching and supporting the AP lab and histotechnologists through educational workshops through the National Society for Histotechnology (NSH). She is leading a workshop at the NSH 2024 Convention on September 21 titled, “Solving legacy problems with tissue sample management in the AP lab.”
